Qigong for Vitality and Ease

An introduction to Qigong. This is a form of gentle, flowing, meditative movement. It is simple and easy to learn. It integrates movement and with mindfulness and cultivates the body’s vital energy. This simple practice brings ease and well-being by reducing your stress and calming your nervous system. These easy exercises do not require a change of clothes, special place, equipment or skills. Special focus will be on balance, posture, increasing strength and range of motion. OLLI classes are for adventurers aged 50 or more. All levels are welcome!

Classes were taught from Spring 2018 through Fall 2019.
